Kendriya Vidyalaya Schools in Chimakurthy, Andhra Pradesh

Run by the Ministry of Human Resource Department, Kendriya Vidyalayas are central government schools. A prestigious organisation like Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan manages the working of these schools. Owing to the educational excellence, grooming of students, and promotion of national integration, Kendriya Vidyalayas are called the centres of excellence. There are over 1,000 Kendriya Vidyalayas in India, and then a few in Tehran, Kathmandu, and Moscow as well. The schools abroad are set up solely to provide education to children of people in the Indian Embassy or other government association.
