CBSE runs 28 regional offices across India along with one overseas office in Dubai that handles foreign-affiliated schools. Each office looks after a fixed group of states or districts.
The head office is now the CBSE Integrated Office Complex, Sector-23, Phase-1, Dwarka, New Delhi - 110077. The earlier Preet Vihar premises now serve as the board's training headquarters.
Use the office assigned to your school's state or district. Check the "Covers" line on each card, or type your city, state or district into the search box above to jump straight to the right office.
CBSE runs a toll-free helpline on 1800-11-8002 and a public enquiry line on 011-24050336 to 011-24050342. Area-specific queries are best emailed to the regional office listed for your state.
Complaints about private affiliated schools go to the Affiliation Unit at the CBSE head office in Dwarka. For government-run schools such as KVS or NVS, raise the matter with the chief vigilance officer of that organisation.
