Christian Schools in Meghalaya, India

Christians come under the minority population in India and the Christain Schools are established for them. Indian Catholic Schools operate under the All India National Association of Catholic Schools or AINACS. It is not a government association, although it has recognition from the Catholic Bishop’s Conference of India and affiliation from the International Catholic Education Organisation, Brussels. The schools are set up to promote education as per the ideals of Christianity, and they admit children of other religious backgrounds as well.
