CBSE LOC submission 2026-27 has a firm last date: schools must file the List of Candidates for Class 10 and Class 12 board exams by 21 October 2026. The board has reminded principals to fill candidate data accurately, train their staff, and brief parents on why correct details matter before the window shuts.
CBSE Fit India Freedom Run 2026 asks all affiliated schools to hold fitness events and register them on the Fit India Portal with participant and kilometre details. The campaign runs till 31 October 2026 and ends with a Unity Run on Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel's birth anniversary. Schools must also spread awareness and use the official registration link.
CBSE Class 12 Special Examination West Asia 2026 date sheet is out, with papers running 23 October to 28 October 2026 for candidates who could not sit subjects in the March-April session. Admit cards can be downloaded from 12 October 2026 using the same application login. One exam centre has been fixed per country as per the LOC filed.
UGC-NET December 2026 registration is open on the NTA website, with the last date to apply set for 28 October 2026 (up to 11:50 PM). The exam will be held from 14 December to 19 December 2026 across 87 subjects in CBT mode. Fees range from Rs. 325/- to Rs. 1150/- by category, and a correction window runs 02 to 04 November 2026.
The UGC-NET June 2026 application form last date has been extended by NTA to 24 May 2026, with fee payment also closing at 11:50 P.M. that day. CBSE has opened the Class X private candidate examination form 2027 for online submission from 8 October 2026. Essential Repeat, Compartment, Fail and Improvement of Performance students can apply, with the normal fee window running to 23 October 2026 and a late-fee window till 30 October 2026. Forms and fees are online only.

CBSE NISHTHA Courses 2026-27 enrolment is open for school heads and teachers under Category II and Category III. The online courses started on 1 October 2026, enrolment closes 10 March 2027, and courses close 15 March 2027. Teachers can join through the NISHTHA portal and contact the helpdesk for queries.
NCERT Diploma in Teaching of Science at Middle Stage (Grades 6-8) enrollment is open, with a Rs. 2000 onetime online fee. CBSE has asked all affiliated schools to screen a 30-minute Inclusive Education sensitization module for school staff on 7 October 2026. The video on Children with Special Needs (CwSN) is for all teaching and non-teaching staff and plays via the Headmaster Login on the PRASHAST Portal at prashast.education.gov.in.
CBSE has asked all affiliated schools to promote digital payments in schools, enabling UPI, RuPay and BBPS across fees, canteens and libraries. Following a Ministry of Finance Digital Payments Promotion Plan, school heads must set up acceptance infrastructure, link BBPS for fee collection, and run awareness drives for parents, staff and students on safe digital payment use.
CBSE Karate and Wrestling selection-trials for the SGFI National School Games 2026-27 are open. Schools wanting to host a trial must apply online by 5 October 2026, 2:00 pm; schools sending students email entries to host schools at least five days before. Trials cover Under-14, Under-17 and Under-19 with Rs.500 per day for meals and stay.

RMS CET 2026 registration is open from 23 September 2026, with the National Testing Agency inviting online application forms for Class VI and IX admission to Rashtriya Military Schools for 2027-2028. CBSE has tightened the demographic details correction process for Class X and XII certificates, directing all affiliated schools to send only complete, certified requests. Incomplete requests will be summarily rejected. The board also wants students to route corrections through their schools instead of sending them directly or approaching courts.
CBSE has announced a revised National Scholarship Portal (NSP) framework for Academic Year 2026-27. Scholarships are now split into merit-based and welfare-based categories, and a student can hold both. The portal will reuse first-application details, and schools must inform eligible students and parents.
