The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has issued a circular (Circular No: Acad-10/2024 dated 24.01.2024) inviting schools to participate in the much-anticipated 'Pariksha Pe Charcha' 2024. This interactive program, scheduled for 29th January 2024 at 11:00 am, will feature the Honorable Prime Minister of India addressing students, teachers, and parents. Set to be held at Bharatmandapam, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi, this event marks a significant occasion where the Prime Minister will engage in a dialogue about examinations, learning experiences, and opportunities in the country.

The event will be broadcast live on multiple platforms, including Doordarshan (DD National, DD News, and DD India), All India Radio (Medium Wave and FM Channel), and live web streaming on PMO, Ministry of Education (MoE), MyGov.in, and the MoE's YouTube channel. Additionally, the program can be accessed via Facebook Live and the Swayamprabha channels of the MoE, ensuring widespread availability.

CBSE has requested all affiliated schools to make necessary arrangements for the live broadcast. Schools are encouraged to ensure TV reception and continuous power supply, potentially utilizing generators or inverters. Where internet and TV access are challenging, especially in remote areas, schools should consider arranging radios or transistors for students. Large screens are recommended for a communal viewing experience, promoting a collective learning atmosphere.

This program is not just an opportunity for students to hear from the nation's leader but also a chance to gain insights into handling examination pressures and exploring diverse growth opportunities. The objective is to create a joyful and less stressful learning environment for students, equipping them as future nation builders.

Schools are also urged to ensure maximum participation from students, teachers, parents, and staff. Post-event, schools are requested to upload details and photographs of viewers participating in the event to the provided link: https://www.mygov.in/ppc-2024/.

Given the approaching examination season, the CBSE has emphasized giving this matter 'TOP PRIORITY.' This initiative is a testament to CBSE's commitment to holistic education, blending academic guidance with motivational discourse from the nation's highest office.
