The programme targets teachers of CBSE affiliated schools who already teach Shorthand English (825) or are willing to take up the subject. Shorthand is a shortcut writing method that lets a person record speech at speaking speed. Under CBSE’s skill education scheme, subjects like this one carry their own code, and 825 is the code for Shorthand English.
