I studied here for around 4 years, and honestly, I would not recommend this school to students or parents. The biggest issue for me is the way discipline is handled. During my time here, I have personally seen students being physically punished for things like incomplete work, talking, uniform issues, being late, etc. It doesn't seem to matter whether the student is very young or in senior classes. I have seen it happen to both. And this isn't something I saw only once. There are many incidents that I could mention. Teachers are also involved in harsh punishments, so I don't think this can simply be dismissed as one particular person's behaviour. I'm saying this from what I personally saw, not from something I randomly heard. If CCTV from those incidents is still available, it can speak for itself. There was also a recent incident involving a UKG child who reportedly suffered a serious electric shock at the school. I am mentioning this because of how serious it was, but I would encourage parents to independently ask the school and people who were present about exactly what happened and how it was handled. A lot of the discipline here feels more like fear and punishment than actually teaching discipline. Students can be threatened with having things reported to their parents, and harsh punishment is used over things that could easily be handled differently. Academically, my experience hasn't been good either. Rote learning is heavily pushed, while actual understanding often takes a back seat. I've seen teachers spend more time roasting or embarrassing students instead of properly teaching them. Attendance and compliance seem to get a lot of importance, but the actual quality of learning is another matter. The infrastructure is also disappointing. The school building and general facilities don't give the impression of an institution that is putting enough effort into creating a proper learning environment. Even basic things can be frustrating. During summers, I have experienced classrooms where the fans weren't working properly, making the situation even worse. There is also a lot of local influence around the students. I've personally seen situations where conflicts don't just stay inside the school, with students saying things like “bahar mil.” I'm not saying every student is like this, but it is something I personally encountered. Another thing I found disappointing is the lack of things you'd normally expect in a school environment. Even basic project/display boards and similar academic displays are often missing or poorly maintained. It may sound minor, but when combined with the teaching and infrastructure issues, it adds to the overall impression. Regarding fees, my experience was that the fee communicated around admission did not always remain the same later, with increases afterward. If you're considering admission, get the complete fee structure and every applicable charge clearly in writing beforehand. And if someone thinks I'm just lying or writing this because I dislike the school, honestly, why would I spend this much time writing such a long review after spending four years here? I have nothing to gain from writing paragraphs about a school I no longer need anything from. I'm writing it because I think prospective students and parents should know what my experience was actually like. There are many more things I could mention, but this review is already long enough. If you're a parent considering this school, please talk privately to current students and parents before making your decision. Ask specifically about discipline, physical punishment, teaching quality, classroom conditions, infrastructure and the complete fee structure. Personally, I would not choose this school again. If you're looking for an environment where students are taught properly and discipline doesn't revolve around fear and harsh punishment, I'd seriously consider other options first.
