St Stephen’s Admission Forms 2010
This year, St Stephen’s College will complete its admission process earlier than usual. The last date of sale and receipt of forms is June 11. Although, the admission procedure at St Stephen’s is different from the common admission process of other Delhi University colleges, it has decided to keep its last date of sale and submission of forms in sync with the university. The sale and receipt of forms starts on May 25.

While the form can be purchased from the college counter, it can also be downloaded and mailed, along with a demand draft. The aspirants can also submit the form online with a cost of Rs 50 per course.
St Stephen’s College admits students on the basis of their class X, XII board results and a personal interview — carrying a weightage of 10%, 75% and 15% respectively. Apart from BA and BSc programmes, the college offers eight undergraduate honours courses that include economics, English, history, philosophy, Sanskrit, mathematics, chemistry and physics.
The interviews for shortlisted students will be held between June 16 and June 30. The admission process, except for the start of sale of forms, has been moved ahead by four days this year. All popular courses at St Stephen’s witnessed an all-time high in cut-offs in 2009-10 admissions. The economics cut-off in the first list for science students was 95.75%, for commerce students it was 97% and for humanities 95%. For English (H), the science cut-off in the first list was 96%, for commerce it was 97% while for humanities students it was 92.5%. All scores are based on best of four subjects with one language.
