Teachers in Vadodara who were set to attend the CBSE training on the ‘Kaushal Vikas’ textbook now need to head somewhere new. The Board has shifted the venue of the Capacity Building Programme in the city. The date stays the same. Only the address has changed, so mark it down before you travel.
The session was earlier slated for New Era School near Arpan Complex, Nizampura. That has been dropped. The programme will now run at Anand Vidya Vihar School, Hari Nagar Society, Gotri Road, P.O. Subhanpura, Vadodara, Gujarat 390023.

Who should attend
The Board wants schools to send the teachers who actually teach Kaushal Vikas to Class IX. These Capacity Building Programmes, or CBPs, are meant to help teachers deliver the skill textbook well in their own classrooms, so the people handling that subject are the ones who benefit.
A few practical points teachers should note:
- There is no fee for attending the programme.
- No TA/DA will be paid to participants for coming.
- Teachers can contact the venue school directly to take part.
- Confirm your participation with the venue school in advance so it can sort out the logistics.
- Carry your copy of the NCERT Kaushal Vikas textbook to the session for the discussions.
