Pls change the structure of your hostel ,as the teachers maintaining the students...the students are already adult,you also need to focus on their mental relux...they can't go home without their parents,they would not get out pass for going home... hostel allow students to go nearby places only on Sunday and Saturday..their is also time limit...so pls focus on the matters..
