Dear Sir/mam I am nikhil kumar student of degree evening college Motihari. Roll number 17219633 registration number116503 2016_19 , I am writing this to inform you that I am not getting my graduation marksheet till now. So many times I came to university regarding this but there is no any strict action taken by university. This is the reason I am not be able to get admission in PG.
