Dear Parents. Please be very wary of this school. I had admitted my four-year-old here in April 2022. My child faced severe neglect leading to grievous injury on his private parts and fever for days. The school does not even have clean water dispensers and child fell ill. Toilets are dirty, and led to severe UTI infection for a girl in his class. When approaching the school management for feedbacks we found that them to be extremely high handed. The last straw was this month when the school reopened and we enquired them for a cost breakup of their books and uniform charges. The management immediately offered to take my child out of school, without making any efforts at their end to rectify. During the conversation the counsellor (Chandni - Most rude person we came across in this school) said they would not accommodate and suggestions or feedbacks and it is a my way or the highway sort of scenario that is practiced. She told us that they had let go of 80 students last year as parents were complaining. The Principal Vandana, adopts all tactics to NOT meet parents. You will face a wall when you try to meet anyone the vice principal, principal or anybody from the school management. We decided to take my ward out considering his well being. I have invested approximately four lakhs in my daughter's education at this school, spanning from class one to class three. However, my experience with the school after the pandemic and our relocation to Bangalore has been disappointing. When we approached them for my daughter's three-year marks card, we were met with unhelpful responses and were ultimately informed that they did not possess the data. It is disheartening to encounter such negligence from a school's management, especially when it involves the safeguarding of a student's educational records over a significant period of three years. This incident has raised serious concerns about the school's ability to handle and protect vital student data. I would advise others to carefully consider the reliability and efficiency of the school's management before enrolling their children, as the incident I have described casts doubt on their ability to fulfill their responsibilities in an organized and professional manner.
