Right now i am in QATAR but basically i am from PAKISTAN and i belong to CHAKWAL city which is in PUNJAB province. Came to this page after reading a post on Face Book regarding the history of our city's most oldest school which was built by SARDAR CHEET SINGH G & SARDAR HARBANS SINGH G. So there was information about this school that after migration of 1947, both great persons (SARDAR CHEET SINGH G & SARDAR HARBANS SINGH G) built a school there too in LAJPAT NAGAR and include CHAKWAL's name also as a part of school name in the memory of their birthplace. And i am very amazed now that still this school include the name of CHKWAL, where in my city our government removed every historic sign form school in the name of renovation / up gradation which is really a sad feeling for me. I just feel so happy that at least from the other side of border, still people speak the name of my city because of that two great persons. If life gives me a chance, definitely i want to come over there and want to visit that place. ~ by Faseeh Haider
