This is to introduce “Master School” and “Redfields School” From Kavali, Nellore District of Andhra Pradesh. The correspondent of this school is Mrs. K. Prabhavathi who was my class mate in High school. She has two schools in Kavali. One is “Master School” and the other is “Redfields School”. She is a very good School Administrator. She, as school correspondent believes that the problems of the school are her problems, and she never stops trying to solve them. If a student is having trouble learning, as a successful Principal Prabhavathi Madam knows it is her job to figure out why, whether it is a learning disability, trouble with attendance, or any personal problem. Prabhavathi Madam is also creative in her problem-solving and approaches challenges with an entrepreneurial attitude. She finds ways to implement good ideas, rather than accepting the status quo. In Redfield schools students learn most of their lessons outside of their class room. The school achieved World record by reaching 1,074,659 miles in 48hours non-stop in the year 2015. I had an opportunity to spend some time in the premises of Redfield School and talk to the students there. I taught some math trick to the students and they learned the trick very easily. They are well behaved and active in their subjects. It will be a pleasure to visit Master school or Redfield School for everyone.
