As a student I have been involved in citizens issues, social problems and in studying the subjects. College is a community here and there is a spirit of oneness. St. Aloysius Degree College is a rare college and a unique one. It is disciplined. Students are involved in all kinds of curricular and co-curricular activities. Teachers are excellent. The Principal is a good leader committed to excellence. Students work hard. Classes begin at 8.30 a.m. and close by 1.30 p.m. There is time for all kind of activities after class hours. One of the finest colleges of Bangalore. The college offers B.Com./BBA/BCA/BA in Journalism, English and Political Science. It has a three year professional course in Bachelor of Social Work. The results of the college are between 95% to 100%. Highly qualified faculty with all the Staff passed with NET/SET with some with Doctorates. College has an environment of learning with lots of extension work and even students research. Wonderful bunch of students from across the country.
