Institute is strategically located in Kolkata and suppose to render services to Divyangjan not only in Bengal but also NE states.The other objectives are human resource development in the area of disability and research.The infrastructure need to be improved and more transparency required in appointment of faculties as per UGC guidelines.All the past contractual appointment of faculties need to be corrected with fresh interview or DPC. ~ by Ramhari
