School staff coordinate with parents must be professionally trained. He/she know how to behave with guardians. Administrators have to check how public relations is going on it have impact on image of school. I feel humiliate when visited to your school and have interaction with staff responsible for collecting fees.

During Covid 19 pandemic, online classes were conducted by school for around one and half year, even though school is charging 100% tuition fees along with admission fee and other regular annual charges. How far it is justifiable.
