I worked as a teacher at this organisation for one year. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing and stressful. Teachers are constantly overloaded with back-to-back work, and both teachers and students are burdened with unnecessary pressure in the name of “extra learning,” even when students clearly show no interest. The management fails to provide proper documentation but still forces employees to work under a toxic, disrespectful, and unsafe environment. The most serious issue is their irresponsible handling of original certificates. The management staff, including Ms. Jissa and Ms. Juanita, openly admitted that they lost my original degree marks cards and casually tried to normalise it by saying they had lost certificates too, which is completely unprofessional. On another visit, I was told that they take 100% responsibility for losing my documents, along with Ms. Shiza (EITPL). During this discussion, Ms. Jissa asked whether I had email proof, and Ms. Linda said she would send a confirmation mail. However, later they completely changed their statements and started lying, falsely claiming that I had submitted my 10th marks card instead. The constant change of statements, denial, and dishonesty clearly shows how unprofessionally this organisation operates. Playing with employees’ original certificates is a serious matter and can ruin careers. It raises an important question: how many more employees are being affected this way? Overall, this is a highly unprofessional, toxic, and unsafe workplace. I would strongly caution anyone before joining this organisation.
