NCHMCT JEE Syllabus and Pattern
Pattern
Duration: 3.00 (hrs)
- Numerical Ability and Scientific Aptitude (30 Questions)
- Reasoning and Logical Deduction (30 Questions)
- General Knowledge & Current Affairs (30 Questions)
- English Language (80 Questions)
- Aptitude for Service Sector (30 Questions)
Question Paper will be bilingual i.e. in English and Hindi (except for English Language).
For each question the candidate will be awarded one mark if he/she has darkened only one bubble corresponding to the correct answer. In case he/she has not darkened any bubble or has darkened more than one bubble, he/she will be awarded zero mark for that question. There will be negative marking to the extent of half mark for darkening a wrong bubble. There will be no negative marking for Aptitude for Service Sector, however, each question in this section carries marks of 0.25; 0.50; 0.75 and 1.00.
Syllabus
Although NCHMCT has not prescribed any particular syllabus for the test therefore the students should follow the exam pattern of JEE. To prepare for the competitive entrance test, one can practice English Language and reasoning, knowledge skills in hospitality service and excellent command of general awareness. Apart from that, the students can study previous years JEE sample papers to prepare for the test.
