I've worked here as PGT for 1and a half years. Working there is like living worst nightmare especially with the new principal (she needs psychiatric help) and the management...they are looting machines. Let me give you glimpse of what it is like: 1) teacher's salary is deducted on things like uniform defaulters of class, getting late by even 1 minute, not putting homework slip in the box etc. 2) Chairman and principal behaves like teachers are daily wage labourers. They lack basic attiquates of speaking to staff. They believe in mentally harrasing teachers to get things done. 3) Morning reporting time is 7: 30 am but there is no time for afternoon relieving. It can go up to 4: 30 PM that too unannounced. 4) Principal there needs an immediate psychiatric help because she's is a psychopath. She also have troubled legal background. 5)They don't give any appointment letter and deduct first month salary as security which is never refunded. They expect teachers to follow CASE norms but don't follow it themselves. 6)Teachers work as interns there as they leave very frequently in between the session, reason being the torture imposed on teachers. Management is least bothered about retention of staff.
