No proper classroom structure. Kids are put into new classes every year with new classmates based on I don't know what senseless reason. All the confidence built over the year is shattered at a go every time he/she is put into a new environment specially kids of lower grade. How are the kids supposed to grow their confidence in this case. I haven't seen such a system in any other school. ~ by Farheen Fatima
