General Issues  Resolving and restructuring the exorbitant school fees on par with the peer schools in our localities and issuance of proper receipt upon the payment of school fees.  Almost same fee structure for the kids from LKG to XII (First term Fee circular No: SV/CIR/Grade IX&XI /19-20/39 dated 11-03-2020)  Bringing the transparency about school fees, study plan, not pressurizing the students for marks alone and setting up an easy payment gateway through school website.  Resolving the issues facing by parents who have more than one kid related to online classes, fee concession and other issues  Creating a hassle free environment for kids in the learning process and parents  The school term fees shall be collected in four terms as exemplified below links.  Finding an alternative approaches for cutting down the hidden cost and reducing fees burden to parents. For example, the book and note book fees shall be made as an option, not as a mandatory. All the books and stationaries are available at the cheapest price with good quality. So, parents should have the liberty of choosing their own choices. A list of stationaries and book list shall be issued before the class starts. To simplify, the list can be made available in school website. Also this arrangement will definitely reduce the school work load. It’s too good for the school, isn’t it?  We understand that Utsav programme is an important social event. But, cancelling and postponing classes shall be avoided in future. Rehearsal and practices shall be conducted in off hours and days without affecting non-participant study. Issues during Lock down Period  Resolving the students fee who are doing online classes and waiting for reopening of schools  Approximately, 99.9% students, as per your info, are attending online classes!!! What are all the steps taken for remaining 0.1% students?  Resolving the learning issues for students who are not willing or capable of doing online classes. For example, forming an email groups between student and class teacher and setting up weekly monitoring, sending study materials, etc., In a nutshell, Parents are looking for a decent, affordable fee structure in three to four term, transparent payment system, healthy environment, hassle free homework, proactive receptionist and best school environments.
