Dear Parents, I feel this is the right forum to write our experiences with this school. I have two kids – one in 3rd and the other one who joined this year for Pre-kg. Having joined my first kid, I had no issue until now with either the management or the teachers. My first kid had very good teachers in his kindergarten classes – Ms Savitha & Ms Nandini. I wished to be the same with my second kid who is in Pre-kg now. But things have changed with the teachers and the management. The concern is more on the potty cleaning of my kid which was brought up to us once and we have also taken action on this. This was the problem with my kid which I also agree and understand the concern of the female ayamma’s. This concern was raised again with the management (Ms Vaishali) and she demanded the parent to attend to cleaning the potty when called for. Is this the reason for which they take the fees along with a one-time illegal cash donation of Rs 90000/-? We will definitely take up this concern with our kid and try to get out of this but the teachers cannot target a student during his first initial years. Kindergarten kids come out of home for the first time and they should have the feeling to be back to school. This comes only when the teachers give them ample space to build themselves. The teachers and management are tarnishing their own reputation that they have created for years. It is very embarrassing to advise a parent to be present to take care of the child’s potty. There are various other concerns with the female attendant at the gate (Ms Latha) who feels a homely atmosphere engaged in sarcastic talks about the parents. Is the institution taking record of the parent’s issues? No accountability for training these female attendants or teachers ? Thank you, Krishna
