First and foremost is the principal of this school is not cooperative reagarding any serious matter. She even do not listen to the problems properly and make sudden reactions or decision to the person. The staff of sweepers is totally illiterate here they do not have a manners that how to talk or behave with the new commers especially balwinder kaur who is sweeper over here. I have a very bad experience regarding this lady in this school. I did a job as a primary teacher in this school but within 5 days i resigned from my post. There was no any big issue during that time but principal did not even listen to me and she decided to throw me out from this school and she support that sweeper and she insulted me in front of other teachers. It was so embarassed for me....so i decided to resign ...and in the last i would say that the staff of ladies teachers and principal is not good in behavioural manner and they do not even cooperative to the new commer.

"Good behavior is the last refuge of mediocrity" I'm writing here, let's see if it makes any difference, when I got to know about the recent behavior of senior faculty of Laxmi Tara school with my friend, who felt embarrassed within a week of her job commencement. Just because of wrong interpretation and rude behavior. She had to leave that place. It is really disgusting for the overall management who could not cooperate with her. As "Teaching is a noble profession" but these days it has been exploited badly. Rather blaming anyone directly, one should always consider pros and cons of the situation. I would like to particularly quote "Don't hire people if you can't give them healthy environment to work" I wish best future endeavors to the school.
