To The Administration Jack and Jill School Amravati *Subject: A Concerned Reflection on My Experience as a Former Student Dear Sir/Madam, My name is Piyush , and I was a student at Jack and Jill School, Amravati, for ten years. I’m writing to share my experience and raise concerns that I believe deserve serious attention and reflection. To be honest, my time at the school was extremely difficult. The infrastructure was in poor condition classrooms were unhygienic, toilets were consistently filthy, and basic facilities were either unavailable or neglected. There was no proper support system, and the overall environment was far from healthy or nurturing. These conditions had a serious impact on my mental health, and I often felt helpless and unheard. One of the most troubling aspects of my experience was the behavior of a mathematics teacher who taught us from 7th to 10th grade. His conduct was not only unprofessional but abusive. He regularly hit students for even the smallest mistakes, and we were too afraid to speak up or defend ourselves for fear of being suspended. What made it worse was the clear and disturbing bias he only targeted boys, while girls were never subjected to such treatment. This kind of behavior is unacceptable in any educational institution and should never be tolerated. Please don’t be angry reading this letter. I’m not writing this out of bitterness or disrespect, but as a sincere review and a heartfelt complaint about the things that went wrong. My only hope is that these issues are acknowledged and improved so that future students can have a better, safer, and more supportive experience than I did. I urge the school to reflect on these concerns and take steps to ensure a clean, respectful, and nurturing environment for all students. Education should empower, not harm.
