Education shows in the behavior and attitude of an educated person. The teachers in this school has only the academic degree but they are not educated. One of the worst school in Kharagpur, undisciplined, hopeless, manner less & worthless teachers. Teachers are very arrogant (except a few), habituated to misbehaving parents of students including the head of the school, fowl playing in the distribution of books to the students, arguing with parents by manifesting they are all correct and all others are worthless. In a nutshell, most of the male teachers are felled in a common disease, i.e., "Ego & Greed". In one word the teachers in this school are megalomaniac in nature. At the time of admission, they usually collecting illegal money from parents in the name of 'Development Fee'. At first they requesting parents to donate some money as development fee but their request converted to a plunder at the time of admission. All parents knows very well these things but agreed to give a lumpsum amount up to INR 3000 by thinking about career of their children. In my recent visit to the school in 2023, I have observed that the drinking water, toilet facilities provided to the students are very unhygienic and polluted environment in the school is a health concern that may create health hazards in students. It must be taken care of by the authority and drinking water must be ISO Certified. The state government should investigate the lacunas in this school, and may take appropriate action to revive the learning institution in the interest of the public, so that the future of the students can be made healthy. The teachers must be replaced by new recruitment having good moral character and teaching aptitude. At last, but not the least, my earnest appeal to the Commissioner of Secondary Education, West Bengal to do the needful with regards to the arrogant behavior of the teachers including the Head of the School towards parents. If such type of behavior they put to parents, the questions arises here that how they behave to children? how they teach well to students and what the students learn from them? The school has no website for information dissemination and the HOS usually not giving full information in notice board (only partial information sent to the notice board). The parents always find difficulties in getting full information regarding School's Rules & Regulations and functionalities. The informal information they are giving not always goes to students and their parents creating a deception to parents or guardians of students in the learning environment.
