The Central Board of Senior Education (CBSE) will most probably declare the result of re-valuation/ re-verification of the results of class 12th final examination, 2019 in the first week of June.

CBSE gives an opportunity to the unsatisfied students of class 10th and 12th of getting their answer sheets rechecked. In re-verification of the result, it is ensured that there is no totalling error and all the answers written in the answer booklet is marked. Students can also get their answers judged again and get their marks re-evaluated. This provision laid down by CBSE is a relief for the students who have any doubts in their result.

According to a source from the council made for the admissions at Delhi University, the students of class 12 CBSE, who  were not satisfied with their marks and applied for rechecking will get the result are expected to get their updated marks in this week. CBSE sent a letter to DU for requesting them to adjust the admission dates and as a result the admission process was elongated. The admission deadlines are set accordingly, i.e. 14 June, 2019. The students will have a week’s time to apply after their result, said by a DU official. All the concerned students are requested to save their admission forms. Thus, the students who are going to apply for the Delhi University admissions can update the re-evaluated marks in their respective forms after the declaration of the said results before submitting it. The Board took the hurry in response to the lat year’s High Court order. In 2018, CBSE declared the re-evaluation results two weeks after the DU admissions. High Court directed CBSE to display the result of class 12th early enough, so that the students can apply for the admissions in universities for higher education without any difficulty. In the context of this admission process, the re-evaluation/ re-verification result of class 12th will be out before the re-evaluation result of class 10th result.

As per a CBSE official, the process of releasing the result of rechecking and improvement exams is in line and as per the schedule. However, till date there is no exact timeline. The result will be declared at the official site of CBSE. The concerned students can check their re-evaluated result at www.cbse.nic.
