I joined MCE Motihari in the year 2014. I was very much thankful to government of Bihar for providing a very nominal fees for pursuing B.Tech in govt colleges.I had to pay around Rs. 20,000 only at the time of admission and then a tuition fee of Rs. 120 / Annum. This is one of the advantages of joining MCE. If i talk about the teaching methodologies, i can assure you will get good marks in semester exams studying by self. MCE has a good strength o faculties , but the quality is not upto the mark. Practical knowledge at this college is not so good and one has to browse internet and watch youtube videos for grasping practical knowledge of engineering. Infrastructure of this college is average. The academics building is about 40 years old. The campus is lushed green and comprises of flowers, plants, and trees. There are two boys hostels and a girls hostel present in the campus. One can easily get a single room in the hostel. The college is located in a semi urban area of about 7-8 kms from motihari bus stand and about 10 kms from Motihari railway station. Most of the students studying here are self motivated and qualified enough to face challenges and competitions in each sector. Most of the students appeared in prestigious examinations like GATE, ESE, CSE, RRB SSE, SSC JE, PSU examinations etc. and qualify them. Our seniors have excelled their performances in engineering and are working in PSUs like NTPC, IOCL, PGCIL, ONGC, SAIL etc ~ by SHIVANSHU KUMAR
