It is very unfortunate, that i have to write this. Do not know whether this comment will bring any change or not. But was very important to highlight this. It might help someone atleast in making decision on admission in school. Just want to highlight, the parent relationship representative doesn't not know how to talk to the parents. We were trying to reach their office but unfortunately there is no response neither to our email nor on telephone. Today finally someone picks the call and in the background we could hear someone firing that lady and the replication is faced by us. The attendant did not answered our query and on top of it she bangs the phone. This unprofessional and unethical behavior was never expected from the brand like “HEERANANDANI”. I was shattered to get such treatment from education firm, who are going to build future of our children. A humble request just trained your staff or send them for some professional training to learn some etiquette first.

Teachers in Hiranandani school need to be polite to students and parents .I am surprised to see teachers of English having very little or no vocabulary using repetitive words teaching higher classes. Also there is lot favouritism in the class toward students which is seen very clearly. Teachers attitude with students is very bad and belittle kids in front of class. Hope things get better soon and school is run like a school not money making machine churning out robots!!!
