refund of money and cancel the application number so i want something

cani cancel the application for issue of duplicate marksheet and refund my money back because it takes 15 to 20 days to send to me and i need it urgent because i want to summit in my job ..i am not doing job in any other company because i don't have marksheet of 12th class that is why i apllied for duplicate marksheet but it takes 15 to 20 days it takes long time
