CBSE Extends Last Date for applying to Compartment/EIOP Exam 2012

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) recently issued a notification regarding the extension of last Date for Submission of Forms for Compartment/EIOP Exam 2012.

The new date as per the notification is 14th July 2012.

The board conducts EIOP aka Improvement Examination every year to give a chance to candidates who missed the chance to give their best in the board exams held in the month of March/April. The examination can only be taken only after the succeeding year of passing the main examinations.

Whereas the board conducts Compartment examination twice a year, giving students a chance who failed to pass in the fifth subject. A candidate can avail the first chance in July/August and may avail the second chance in March/ April next year and the third chance at the compartmental examination to be held in July/ August of that year.
