candidate who is already passed in all practical exams in 2018-19 and failed in theory portion... How they give their practicals this year in 2019-20 if I am a private candidate this year and what about english and maths internal marks?? How will I prepare my practical files and projects.. because I am not a product of any school how will I know that what I have to prepare and what not for practical s??
