• Two Year Post Graduate Programme in Real Estate and Urban Infrastructure Management (PGP REUIM): Offered from Pune.

• One Year Post Graduate Programme in Health, Safety and Environment Management (PGP HSEM): Offered from Hyderabad.

• One Year Post Graduate Programme in Quantity Surveying (PGP QS): Offered from Hyderabad.
