The Tenth All India Engineering Entrance Examination for admissions in B.E./B.Tech. and B.Arch./B. Planning in various national level institutes like NITs, IITs, Deemed Universities, Government Funded institutions and states like Haryana and Uttrakhand will be held on April 24, 2011 all over India and abroad. This examination will be held in two parts viz B.E./B.Tech. from 9.30 a.m. to 12.30 p.m. and for B.Arch/B.Planning from 2:00 p.m. to 5.00 p.m.

Due to overwhelming response of online registration facility. This year submission of online application form for AIEEE 2011 will be starting from 23rd November 2010. The last date for online submission of form is yet to be announced. The candidates desirious to apply through online facility can visit aieee.nic.in

The sale of Information Bulletin / Brochure through identified branches of syndicate banks and institutions will be starting from December 22, 2010. A separate notification in this regard will be issued in due course of time.

Paste your two recent photographs (as given in point 6 below), sign in the specified box and send this confirmation page along with Demand Draft (In case of Examination Fee deposited through Demand Draft) by Registered/Speed Post (NOT BY COURIER) to " The Assistant Secretary (AIEEE Unit), Central Board of Secondary Education, PS 1-2, Institutional Area, IP Extension,Patparganj, Delhi 110 092" for further processing so as to reach latest by 20.01.2011 . Application received beyond this date will not be accepted. 9. Photograph : Firmly affix two recent high contrast passport size preferably black & white photograph (taken on or after 1.9.2010) with gum/fevicol (not to be pinned or stapled) in the space provided for it in the Application Form one duly attested by the head of the institution where the candidate is studying/passed class XII or the Gazatted officer. The photograph must indicate clearly the name of the candidate along with the date of taking the photograph. It should be without cap or goggles. Spectacles are allowed. Polaroid photos are not acceptable. The photograph of the candidate should be attested by the Principal/Head of the Institution or Gazetted Officer in such a way that part of the signature is on the photograph and remaining part of the signature is on the application form. Attestation should be done on the bottom part of the photograph so that the photograph is not defaced. Candidates not complying with these instructions or with unclear photograph are liable to be rejected. Candidates may keep 6-8 identical photographs in reserve for use at the time of entrance examination/Counselling/Admission. 10.
