I have applied duplicate mark sheet of class 10th or 12th

A letter send to Ajmer region off on 11/09/19 and recd on 14/09 . I have applied for duplicate 10 th class birth certificate and 10th & 12th class mark sheet. I have all form filled along with Demand Draft of Rs 6350/- in fever of secretary CBSE Pabyal at Ajmer DD no 583799 Dt 06/09/19 bank of India branch .
But we have only recd a 10th class birth certificate on 27/09/19 . We did not received 10th or 12th class mark sheet.
Pl send it urgent of my duplicate mark sheet 10th or 12th class
