Can school out source student tution fees collection to third party

This complain regarding school (PSBB Learning Leadership Academy, Bangalore) that has out sourced students tution and transport fees collection to third party (Fliplearn). This Fliplearn charges Rs 38 to Rs 1000 as transaction fees per students. School does not provide any other option to deposit the fees. Parents has to pay additional money to transfer students fees to school that is unfair. Request you to take action against school to allow parents to deposit fees directly to school not through Fliplearn.
Can school do buisness out of fees collection?
