Santom Public School is located little away from the Perumbavoor-Kombanadu road. The road goes to the tourist spot "PANIELY PORU", a tourist spot. Also the Begapuram described in the great epic "Mahabharatha",where Bhima, one amoung the Pandavas killed Bakasura,during their ANJATHAVASA.The place now known as "Vemburam" in the middle of Periyar river is a near by place Panamkuzhi. Santom Public School is well Known in the area is headed by the beloved Principal,Gracy Kuriakose,daughter of late Fr.Kuriakose Cor-Episcopa, who was the Vicar of St:Mary's Church Krariely.The School is run under the Trust St:Thomas Orpohanage. ~ by Baby Athirampuzhayil Paulose
