LDC Recruitment in Delhi Courts

Office of the District & Sessions Judge
Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi-110054

Applications are invited for appointment for the post of LDC :

LDC (Clerk) : 412 posts (UR-132, SC-52, ST-47, OBC-94, Ex-Serviceman-53, (PH-34)),

Pay Scale : Rs.3050-4590,

Age : 18-27 years as on 01/01/2010(Relaxation as per rules)

Qualification :

  • 10th Pass or equivalent from a recognized Board / University
  • Candidate should have adequate working knowledge of computer.

Selection : Selection will by Written Test of English Language (Essay, Grammar and translation from English to Hindi
and vice-versa).

Application Fee : Rs.200/- (Rs.100/- for reserved category) by means of DD/ Bankers Cheque only drawn in favour of  the District & Sessions Judge, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi.

How to Apply : Apply in the prescribed format along with 3 recent passport size photograph by Registered post to The District
& Sessions Judge, Tis Hazari Court, Delhi-110054 latest by 22/12/2009 in an envelope superscribed as
Application for the post of LDC-2009

a)             Examination Fee of Rs. 200/- in the case of Unreserved categories and Rs. 100/- in the case of Reserved categories will be charged and shall be non-refundable in any case. The examination tee will be accepted by means of a Bank Draft/Banker’s Cheque only drawn on any scheduled bank in Delhi and payable m favour of The District & Sessions Judge, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi. The applicant should attach photocopies of all the testimonials attested bv a Gazetted Officer in support of his candidature.

b)             Serving Government employees should send their applications through proper channel alongwith dully filled

prescribed proforma as per PART – II.                                                                                                                         … r

c)             Candidates equivalent to ten times of vacancies in each category subject to mmimum marks ot 45 /o for general
categor> and 40′”o for reserved categories in written examination will be called for type test and three times
will be called for interview.                                                                                                                                                         ,, .     ■ ■ m

d)             The candidates shall appear in the Written Test / Typing test and interview at Delhi at their own expense^No T A ‘D.A. will be admissible. The dates for holding the test and interview will be mtimated later on. Admit Cards for appearing in Written Examination will be sent only under postal certificate.

e)             The applications should be submitted on plain paper its per proforma given in Part 1 & II. alongwith three recent passport size pholouraphs and one self addressed envelope. The application should be sent tn registered envelope addressed to -The District & Sessions Judge, Tis Hazari Courts, Deih.-n0054 clearly mentioning “Application for the post of LDC-2009″ on the lop of the envelope so as to reach this oftice on or before 22-12-2009 (Tuesday) by 4:00 PM. Applications received after due date or without requisite fee or which are incomplete will not be entertained in any circumstances.

    Respected Sir/madam

    My name is munesh kumar giri. I have given the LDC examination on 07th March 2010. You mentioned on the application form about the qualifing marks 40 to 45 per cent for the OBC reserved. But I got 52 marks. Yet you didn’t given my name in qualified candidates.

    Kindly attention and do the needfull and oblized.
