International Division of the University caters to the Overseas Students enrolled through Partner Institutions. In order to improve the services, the Division requires Four Consultants on purely temporary basis on a consolidated remuneration of Rs.15000/= Per Month for a period of Six months which can be extended further.
The required qualification of the candidate and the Job responsibilities are given as under : The completed application may be forwarded to the Director, International Division, Indira Gandhi National Open University, Block No.14, Room No.16, Maidan Garhi, New Delhi – 110 068 latest by 23rd March, 2010.

| ONE | Graduate with good academic record with sound knowledge of Computer Operations and proficiency in spoken English. | Candidate will have to coordinate the dispatch of Study Material, Prospectus, Journals etc. to the Partner Institutes located all over the world through Courier Services time and again.
He / She will be responsible for maintaining the Stocks as well as arranging the Study Material from University’s Stores. Liaison with Courier Agencies He / She will be responsible for the maintenance of related files / records (Manual as well as computer). |

Institutions. Replying to the quarries and grievances from Partner Institutes as well as students. He / She will be responsible for the maintenance of related files / records and assist the Director / Dy.Director for all quarries addressed to the Division. |

He / She will coordinate with Student Registration Division & Student Evaluation Division of the University for the matters related to admission work and declaration of results. |
