Can a student who scores less than 60% in class X secure admission in class XI with PCM subjects?

As per the Board’s rules, a candidate obtaining a minimum grade D in all the five main subjects (excluding the 6th additional subject) is eligible for admission in class XI. However, the schools affiliated to the Board follow different practices suitable in their own context for admissions to class XI.
