What is the minimum Grade to qualify a subject?

In class X to qualify a subject, a candidate must obtain minimum of Grade D. The grade is to be calculated on the basis of overall performance in all the assessments (formative & summative) as per the following weightage:

Term I: FA1 (10%) + FA2 (10%) + SA1(20%) = 40%

Term II: FA3 (10%) + FA4 (10%) + SA2(40%) = 60%
