What arrangements host (venue) schools must make to host the exhibition?

Venue schools must take all safety and security measures in order to ensure safe and smooth conduct of the exhibition e.g. they must contact traffic police, local police, fire brigade and must make arrangement for a stand by ambulance. They must also ensure that there is no disturbance due to rain or any other weather conditions; hence the exhibition may be arranged in a big hall or big rooms.
Facilities like electricity connections, multiplug switch boards, extension Board, water arrangements (if needed) may be provided for working of the exhibits.
School must also make arrangement for photography and videography.
