CBSE Cluster Athletic Meet Calendar
CBSE Cluster XII (Delhi) Athletic Meet
This year the CBSE Cluster XII Athletic Meet will be organized by “ Association For Sports Management” and will be held on 05 and 06 Dec 2009 at St. Xavier’s School, Sector 26, Shahbad-Daulatpur, Rohini, Delhi.
The various age categories and list of events in which competition will be held :-

\* An athlete can participate in maximum three individual events and in both the relay races.
Schools interested in taking part may forward their entries in the following format in MS-EXCEL:

- For every age group separately for Boys’ & Girls’ a fresh form may be forwarded.
- For all the athletes’ in each age group only one form may be forwarded.
- Events 1, 2 or 3 means the individual events in which athlete wish to participate. And Relays means the two relays. (Ex: If an athlete wish to participate in 100M, 200M & Long Jump: she/he shall write under event 1: 100M; under event 2: 200M & under event 3: Long Jump and so on)
- This year the entries will be accepted online only and must be forwarded on any one of the e-mail i.d. anukumarji@yahoo.com or anukumarji@gmail.com. A copy of same must be forwarded to drrgathletics@yahoo.com also.
No entry will be received by post or by hand. The entries must reach on or before 25.11.2009.
The schools may collect the chest numbers, order of events and other details about the meet from CBSE, 17, Rouse Avenue, New Delhi on 02.12.2009 in between 11.00am and 04.00pm.
No athlete would be allowed to participate in the meet without the original identity card in the following format; original date of birth certificate and/or original class X certificate (in case the athlete is in class XI or XII):
