Result of Final Exam held on 16th May 2010
The Central Board of Secondary Education (
CBSE) is pleased to declare the result of the All India Pre-MedicaI/Pre-Dental Entrance Examination, 2010. This examination was held in two stages-Preliminary stage and Final Stage. 156518 candidates registered for the Preliminary Stage Examination out of which 14,217 candidates qualified for the Final stage Examination held on 16.5.2010. Details of the candidates selected on the basis of the score of final stage examination are as follows:-

. Candidates have qualified under various categories on the basis of the category he/she was eligible for appearing in the final stage examination.The details and date of first round of counseling would be available on DGHS website www.mohfw.nic.in. The counseling would be conducted through personal appearance and video conferencing at New Delhi, Kolkata, Mumbai and Chennai. The allotment of seats to the candidates in
Medical Colleges will be made by the Directorate General of Health Services, Ministry of Health and family Welfare, Govt, of India according to the counseling category rank only, not as per All India Rank.Schedule for the 1
st round of counseling and other information related to the counseling would be available on website- www.mohfw.nic.in
. Candidates may take the action according to Information Bulletin (
Counseling) provided to them at the time of conduct of Final Stage Examination and also available on www.aipmt.nic.in. No Change in the counseling venue shall be entertained and counseling will be strictly as per the list displayed on the website www.mohfw.nic.in. The candidates who have not given option of counseling venue shall have to appear for counseling at New Delhi only.The candidates placed on merit/wait list should report for allotment of seats as per the information given on the DGHS website/Information Bulletin(Counseling). The college-wise vacancy position may also be seen on the DGHS website during the counseling period. Candidates must bring the documents for verification in original. SC/ST/OBC/OPH candidates must also bring Caste/Medical Certificate issued by the Competent Authority in original as per the instructions given in Information Bulletin(Counseling). Rank letters are being dispatched to all successful candidates.
