CBSE BOARD 2010 Math’s Examination, there were two question in C section in which children’s were having problems in solving.

One Question was of probability which was out of course. So will we get 6 mks for attempting Q since it was out of course

i hav recently passed my 11th class with the information practices as the optinal subject. but as the course of ip has changed its really difficult to score well in it.instead of increasing my percentage it has decreased due to low marks in ip. so my question is that can i now change my optional subject from ip to hindi as my school do not offer other any optinal choice.also can we now take sixth subject according to cbse norms

My son, a student of Mother’s School is being denied Maths in his XIIth standard as he has not been able to perform well in his XIth standard Maths. Let me bring to your notice that my son alongwith some other students had been failing consistently in the pre-boards and re-pre-board exams in the school because of the tough marking standards the school had kept. But in the CBSE exams (xth) he managed to score 84%. This year too i.e. in XIth standard the school authorities have failed my son in Maths and are pressuring us to change subjects from Maths to Infomatics or Home Science. My son has adopted for Commerce subject and without Maths his options for college admimissions become limited. The Principal of the school is also denying taking up Maths as a 6th subject. When we pointed to the fact that despite dismal performaces in the school (only because of the tough marking standards adopted by the school), children do manage to score well in the CBSE Boards, the Principal’s quip is that CBSE exams are too easy!! She is also not letting us see the answer sheets of the child. Please intervene.

Sir, My son is a class ix student in Tamil Nadu. we would like to change to state-board syllabus from his XI standard. How is the recognisation of admission & the grade card obtained is quiet enough or not ?
Are the state board authorities have been advised about these changes earlier for easy procedure? please clarify our doubt sir.

Sir,
For the formative tests of IX standards we are supposed to take 10% marks. Is this actually the percentage or is it that we have to convert the marks into 10(whatever the total mark is) and then add it for each subject? Please give a clear idea of it.

sir i want to ask u bou a burning issue dat grades are introduced for class 12 also .if it is tru then i can say dat i am so lucky dat i am not going to have grades since i am giving 12 board exam in 2010 bt sir if u people will introduced grades in 12 also den there will be no chance of quality education . d question is dat we have alredy spoit d class 10 student by introducing grades in 10 and if d same will happen for 12thees as well there will b no future of our country nd ill bet on dis…………
