CBSE Date Sheet for the Session 2009-2010
Central Board of Secondary Education(CBSE) has released the dates for class Xth and XIIth board exams to be held in the month of march.The class Xth and XIIth students are going to face Music and Physics respectively on 3rd march, 2010.Some students are not happy at this time since this year CBSE didn’t released the answer sheet of toppers in board exams, 2009. The countdown for the Board exams 2010 has begun. The last-ever Board exams for Class X will commence from March 3 with the music paper followed by social science on March 5. The exams for Class X will get over on March 31 with science practical skills paper. The first paper of Class XII – Physics will be on March 3 and the exams will continue till April 8.
The first exam for the commerce stream will be business studies to be held on March 4. Political science on March 5 will be the first main paper in the humanities stream. For Class X, these will be the last Boards to be conducted after the introduction of continuous and comprehensive evaluation (CCE) in CBSE schools across the country. After the exams in 2010, Class X will be marked on a year-long basis instead of a one-time external exam.(TNN)

This is very good datesheet.really cbse has done agood job.
sir.this date sheet is not right for 10 class.in hard paper only one or two hoildays.we need mor holidays in maths science
GOOD ……….. But the correction must be liberal as it is the last year for 10th students…will it be made so?

i’m a student of class 12th.the time table is good but i am very disappointed for the time schedule of home science & music paper.
there is no any holiday between this.we need prepration time for it.

I cleared my 10th by CBSE Board in 1999. I opted for Sanskrit so did not give exam of Punjabi. I have to give Punjabi exam now so please can you kindly ellaborate me the procedure for this Punjabi exam.

Respected teachers, who had made the exam time-table for class-XII have done a splendid job. I am quite satisfied by it but in my personal view PHYSICAL EDUCATION is also an important subjsct. So for a commerce student like me, it will be a little tougher to revise the subject in only 1 day gap as the exam is scheduled on 20th 0f march just after ECONOMICS paper which is on 18th March. So i request for a consideration.

the overall date sheet for class 12 is rood but just 1 day for english is absolutely wrong!!!!!!!!!!!!
percentage reduces due to english n still 1 day for that exam.
The date sheet for class 10 is ok…..but the preparation holidays for science and maths is very short.Days are not sufficient to study Maths and science.
datesheet for clas 10th is superb but only 2 holidays for a subject like science is not fair….

i am a bit satisfied with this datesheet as we got only 2 days study leave in science theory and 4 days study leave in mcq…..infact we should get 4 days study leave in science theory because it contains a lot of chapters and a lot of revision but we dont need 4 days gap in mcq atleast….in other sunjects study leave is really good except science nd mcq…so days holidays in science is really a wrong decission….
