No you can’t submit that form as that form is only for demo purpose…
Last date to submit form is 24 october.

This news is confirmed n not fake at all. Class X results for Chennai, Ajmer and Panchkula regions have been declared today after 10.00am and for Delhi,Allahabad and Guwahati regions it’s most probably 27th May.
